@AlphaLokii You would have to reach out the EA TOS department to see if you can clear it up. You can do that at the link below. I do not know what their policy is on this topic, I'm not an EA Employee only a volunteer. No one on AHQ (the forum) has access to your account information, so that is your best bet.
