- @MandatoryIDtag I'd suggest to EA that they introduce a system where someone can re-exchange an heirloom for shards to get another one. BUT: it can only be done once for an account. I know this doesn't really help in this case here but it would be only fair to players who got a random heirloom back then when the system was different.
@Zero-Loot5 Not a bad idea by any means.
I think any decision such as that, that can potentially hurt profit margins will be a no go though if I'm honest which is a shame really.
