My theory is that a lot of those guys are just doing their best to get better at the game. The best way to do that is by actively playing the game, therefore, instead of sitting and waiting for you to respawn with banner(if it even happens) its much more efficient to just start a new game and continue to actively play.

I'm not saying its cool to bounce immediately after dying, I personally don't, but I think that the above is why it happens in most cases.
