I marked this response as solved because this is the direction you need to go in to get this handled (I recommend contacting them again and mention as many details as you can as to why you feel this was a false-positive, such as your order history with the aim trainer). Our Terms of Service team is willing to look at cases again if they're presented with new information from the account owner.

I can't make any guarantees that information will overturn the action, but any discussions regarding account actions here generally don't turn out to be healthy so we'll be locking this post down. I'm sorry to hear what happened and hope you're able to get an answer soon.
