Re: My Apex Account has been banned.

@EA_Mako  I understand that cheating falls under User Agreement but it seems extremely suspect that on the second appeal they would not confirm that I cheated and instead generalize it more. There also hasn't been three investigations there has been two because the third was just telling me they weren't responding anymore. I also find it hard to believe that the case was handled by 3 separate parties without any overlap especially because the third response arrived shortly after the second response. Given that I didn't cheat I am not going to be happy with any result that isn't refunding of all money invested into the account or a unban.

    Hey @Fracture777,

    A third and final investigation was indeed performed, and the outcome was the message you're referring to stating they won't be responding to additional appeals.

    Each appeal is handled by a different member of the ToS team, but at some point it's no longer productive to keep reviewing the same information and records expecting a different outcome.

    This is not something we're able to review or change via the forums either, so I'll be closing the thread here. Thank you.
