When I made my purchase, you didn't give me any warning that buying game currency in this country would expire. Plus, I bought so many strange fragments that there's no way for me to spend all their items in your game store. What should I do? I don't want to spend, but you don't have anything for me to buy, so can you let me lose my belongings and the money I spent for nothing? Isn't this a scoundrel? For you, game currency is just data, and Japanese law allows currency to have a deadline, but you can completely return expired currency to players through email. Why don't you do this? You are a game company, and everything you get comes from players. You don't consider players from their perspective, but care about Japan's damn laws? And then let the players who support you be disappointed with you. I didn't ask for any compensation from you, I just hope to get back my strange fragments, which I bought with money

@AAAXQZ123 No, @EA_Darko won't be able to restore the Exotic Shards as a result of any expiration due to a country's law, (much like how players in Belgium cannot buy any Apex Packs due to Belgium's ban on packs in any game).

Just because its legal for others to have non-expiring currency, doesn't mean @EA_Darko, (or anyone else, (EA or otherwise)), can bypass the law by "putting the coins on another server". You live in a country that has the ban in place, and thus the law applies to both you and your account, and therefore, its illegal for EA to restore the expired currency, (even if you had later moved to a country with no such expiration law).

As said by @EA_Darko:, "We have no choice but to follow local law. If you'd like to see changes then you can petition your government.", (and by "local law", they mean the laws that applies to both you and your account due to your location).

Just so you are also aware, Apex Coins, (much like Exotic Shards), also face expiration 180 days after they're obtained in countries that has this law in place.

Note: I am NOT a lawyer, I just have an idea of how this sort of thing works.

I think your EA is deliberately disgusting players and disgusting consumers, green coins will expire in the Japanese server, you can return them to consumers through other servers, if this will involve legal issues, what is the situation of the green coins you give away for free when you do activities? Have you been breaking the law? You disgust consumers, what's wrong with giving consumers a free time? Is it illegal? You are the operator of the evil game, APEX will be destroyed in your hands sooner or later, I have been playing on servers in countries without this law now, can't you change it to me? Can't you give it back to the player just like you did an event? I believe that this is absolutely possible, and other games can choose some players who are affected by bugs or other problems separately to compensate individually, can't a company as big as your EA?
