Honestly, whether it's your mistake or not, I'm surprised that the EA support couldn't be more helpful.

I mean you literally just spent hundreds of dollars on the game. You're telling me that there's no "undo" button on their end for things like this? Especially for people that just sunk that much money into the game?

How hard would it really be to go "okay, we take this heirloom off of your account, give you the shards back. This is your one and only do over. Don't make this mistake again"

That's honestly what perplexes me about this whole ordeal more than anything.
