Have you already checked if the transaction was successful?
If it was and you haven't received your battle pass after a restart of your system, you best wait for 24 hours just to make sure it's not just a delay.

If you still haven't received your any rewards after a day, you best reach out to the support team. An EA Advisor will make sure you will get the rewards after purchasing the battle pass.

Here select as the game: Apex Legends, your platform you've bought the coins on, and click on missing content.
Here select Never received content, here your preferred contact option.

    Ans :
    Yes , the txn was successful on steam, I autorized it ,, then i got 1000 apex coins , then i clicked on battle pass buy season 18.

    Then I even used coins to purchase the season 19 prem BP pass that is in store currently.

    But my BP levels are still showing locked.

    I tried restarting the system also , but still the same results.

    @mrvncyberfalcon Well I don't know about Pre-ordering Season 19 because I play PS5.

    In my opinion, if you're not getting anything for the future battle pass I would assume you're not suppose to get anything.

    Now if this issue is based off Season 18, then I would suggest contacting EA Support to take a look at your account.
  • Yeah RL .

    The season 19 is like a benefit of 50 stars or something u get if u purchase early. SO thats not the issue. Its mainly that sesaon 18 BP is not reflecting. I am on level 48 and no premium items are unlocked inspite of BP purchase.

    I just researched this Pre-order and you were correct!

    So with that being said you need to go to EA Support and email them this issue so they can take a look into this.

    However,

    it could be a bug or glitch due to this new option they added.
