@HassHorus To answer your question is it a bug? I doubt it. This has not happen to anyone on the forums and those who suspected it did happen actually was shorter then they claimed on open packs. Which is why you don't see posts saying I open 500 packs and no heirlooms. It just doesn't happen. You will see posts of it but you will see they all was wrong on their pack counts.

@HassHorus Just by the information given to me from you you are not at 500 packs. You are at 470 and this is me counting battle pass 7 at 110 level. This was not provided to me so I went ahead and seen what it would be at max.

@E9ine_AC i don't know whether is it a bug or not,but im quite sure that i opened over 500 packs ☹️,do you know theres anyway that i find someone that can solve this problem,at least telling me im still haven't archived 500 packs with some proof?

@HassHorus Well math does not lie. Giving information provided you are def not at 500 packs.

@E9ine_AC im at battle pass 7 at 82 level,season 4 is 82 levels,season 5-6 are 110 levels,and i started at season 4 btw

@HassHorus See this is why i asked for this information.

@HassHorus Go to the technical page and post the concern post a picture of the graph shown how many packs you have gotten from season 4 to now. As well as purchased packs and such.

@E9ine_AC but i have checked at apex calculators and it told me that i opened 77 packs from season 4 82 lv battle pass to season 7 82 battle pass,actually should i give you some photos of my battle pass level,will that help?

@HassHorus Just to be clear you have zero heirlooms correct?

@HassHorus I am actually not quite sure if quest packs count towards the open packs or not. I do not believe they do.

@HassHorus The calculator is not used stricly for heirlooms it is used to just give a over all. So those stats will be padded with packs that actually did not count.
