i think there is nothing can be done if they don't care then it doesn't matter who we will be contacting as the result will be the same .
unless we get to contact the head of EA but only to find out that he is doctor evil , sitting behind his desk on a long back chair reading our comments and laughs wickedly hehe

EA are smart as s**t, they keep their playerbase juuust disenchanted enough to dump an older title for a newer one.

I remember the heady days of Battlefield 2....... and then EA got their grubby little claws into the franchise and by BF4 they had dumped 3rd party server rental and killed the clan base that kept people playing older titles.

One of the reasons i admired PUBG was because it shifted 15mill + and proved that there was still a large PC base there provided they were given good enough content.

  • Strike with your wallets lol.

All of the EA games I've played with online functionality have been pretty bad serverwise.

Fifa for example is probably EA's main cash cow and the servers were garbage on that before I gave up on the game. Highly doubt they're much different now as they're still running on the same same server quality lol.

@MandatoryIDtag This is actually a very good and wise suggestion, only if many listens to it. I’ll start doing that myself.

I was paying for battle passes, buying expensive event packs, and random mid season packs (such as founders pack which had a Loba skin); I was about to buy Boosted Pack (the new one with Rampart skin), but I think that’s enough and I won’t purchase that or anything else.

There were/are many reports on “bug reports” about how players being kicked out of a game by random errors (leaf, shoe, net, cloud, C25, game logic, server is full, server shut down, etc) and the only response to almost everyone is: “your WiFi is the issue or check your network or change your DNS IP”.

I was spending money to support the game and also enjoy new skins, but it’s time to ask them to do something about server issues.
  • @Alphabets  Some of it is undoubtedly issues at the players end, and if they can be resolved that's great.

I personally play on fibre optic, with my ps4 hardwired to my router and It's extremely rare that I ever receive code net or the various other code errors so to an extent a lot of will be issues with the users ISP quality or the package they're using.

For things like poor hit reg, bad audio, the endless waves of bugs which are fixed at a snail pace....these are not issues at our end.

The sentinel has had a healing bug since it was released.

Octanes jump pad still glitches if you attempt a high jump.

    Devotion/volt audio issues.

Harvester beam is killing players in the dropship.....AGAIN.

Covid never is or will be an excuse for respawn as they've had a horrendous track record for repairing in game issues since the games inception. I truly hope that when the dedicated apex studio is opened we'll see some drastic changes in game quality but only time will tell.
