Would using a fps dominator be considered bannable?

No idea what that is lol, clarify and I can tell ya for sure.

As for the macro situation, for any online FPS/fighting and a few other genres macro's are considered cheating. Also as previously stated that's all hacks are as well it configures different settings/button presses and binds them to a single tick or press. I'm pretty sure Respawn also mentioned macros when bhopping was around and even talked about binding shoot to mouse wheel for hemlock/p2020.

Unfortunately unless you stream or blatantly tell people there is no way to obviously tell people are doing any of these things (besides the macros/scripts for hacks) so you won't really get in any trouble for doing it anyway. Basically just becomes a moral thing and if you find nothing wrong with it then go ahead there is no way to stop you from binding macros to MB's or keyboard buttons.I personally don't care or mind people using macros as long as they are simplistic like the one you mentioned where it's something that can be done without fail by normal human means because it's more of a convenience thing and not a frame specific trick.

Also don't listen to the mortal kombat guy because in fighting games you simply can't macro a whole combo into a button press because macro's don't cancel out so it would have to input all those commands thus leaving you extremely vulnerable if you get blocked or they break. You can maybe get away with a basic combo string but to macro a 50 hit combo would just be completely stupid and you would lose.
