I know it can be rough to deal with a situation like this, but like others have mentioned Answers HQ isn't the proper place to report someone's actions. If you encounter someone who is harassing you it would be best to report them directly so the Terms of Service team can take a look. They'll take the appropriate actions from there. 

That said, I did want to let you know that toxicity is something that's been on our radar for quite a while. When you've got a chance I'd recommend checking out this article regarding a summit we hosted about this topic:

There are some details there on the actions we're taking to address toxicity in our communities. While toxicity in gaming communities may not be a new phenomenon, that doesn't mean we can't do our part to change things for the better.
