unfortunately, you would not be able to keep your apex progress and items at all. We have no ability to transfer progress from Xbox to Xbox account, and you also wouldn't be able to connect your new Xbox account to your EA account, which is where most of the items are stored on.

If you're planning to play with a new Xbox account, you will have to start anew on Apex.
