Devs are not gaining much time to fix things, but actually lose the benefit of having valuable feedback from the playerbase, which is much larger and diverse than the biggest possible/affordable QA team. At the same time, slower content roll can dramatically thin out the playerbase, as only a few of us would wait patiently for new stuff. Content drought is a big game killer.

@DoYaSeeMe i think i know what you're saying mate, but they could still force the silly events that they come up with for new content?
I just think that they should start rotating the 3 maps through the season but i dont really play ranked, only when its a map i dont like on pubs 🙂

@HogynDrwg I'd say casual play is more important for them than ranked, and it's here where new content matters the most. The limited time events aren't helping devs that much, they're either too dull when there's low effort involved or take too much effort to be worth it for that short amount of time, unless they can recycle those often. Their limited time frame also causes more work under pressure, a great recipe for more bugs making it to the live game.

@DoYaSeeMe Well the question was meant to open a can of worms and i appreciate your feedback mate. Personally, a longer season wouldn't bother me as a mostly pubs player, as it is, i think the bp is a touch too easy? I completed it without focusing on challenges and i am $&÷£ lol

@HogynDrwg Although I spent like 30-40% less time in Apex in Season 9, I still managed to finish the BP, complete all weekly challenges and max almost all LTM's (meaning max points and additional badges). BP is indeed very easy, but I think it feels just right for those who don't play every day.

So, increase the length of the season and add more levels onto the bp, same time add all 3 maps into ranked, plus the ltms' to gift more pointless recolours, i think it has some sort of argument? 🙂

@HogynDrwg Those weekly challenges repeat themselves very often. I've had too many of those requiring sniper and shotgun kills to complete, so I'd prefer a challenge pool refresh, besides the heavier changes and new features a season usually brings. Therefore, no!
