Re: Why are we punishing people with friends so harshly now?

@hayhor Eh, I don't care about going up against pre-made teams. The only thing making different pre-made and solo-queue lobbies will achieve is a split playerbase and making the short queue times longer which I don't want to let go of.

I duo queued with someone few days back in pubs and the amount of TTVs was insane. Since your win rate is 10% maybe that's why you see lots of sweaty lobbies, I am chilling with my 5%. :/

    @BaldWraithSimp When I solo queue my lobbies are much lower level so it isnt my win rate by itself. And my normal teammates arent significantly better than me and certainly arent masters or pred level. The only difference is we have a team.

    @hayhor I get it why they implemented it, as pre-mades have way better co-ordination, reflected by your win rate. That's double of what I can achieve as a solo-queue!

    I can't attest to the severity of whatever shape or form of SBMM they have as at least 80% of my 14k games is solo-queued.

    @BaldWraithSimp It shouldn't matter. It is a choice we make. I played yesterday solo and won 3 times. My win rate actually went up solo queuing. I 🤣

    @hayhor That’s the thing... when we play together for that 1.5-2 hours we usually get between 0-3 wins. Alone I get just as much usually or more xD.

    Just now I did 3 games letting my food cool off, first one JM is afk and comes back in final few secs but by that time I had already solo jumped and other guy followed me and JM after bit of looting I’m assuming D/C’d.

    2nd game 5-10 min game but unfortunately wiped out due to no blame of any of us.

    3rd game win, nothing really special.

    What was weird tho... each of these lobbies the champion was either a diamond or pred with 20 bomb... one of them had a Bang with 80K+ kills... I screamed it out “EIGHTYTHOUSAND KILLZ?! WTPEEP!!!”

    I expect such things when premade, not when I’m solo with my useless bum xD

    @Koochi-Q It has been even worse since we last played. It used to be one or two super squads with premade. Now its 5 to 10. 1 to 2 I can live with. That team on the champion screen typically hot drops and dies.

    The other thing tho- when I solo the average competition is much lower skilled (as are my teammates). I literally coached my team to wins and killed a lot of people. One dropped us on the red roof place. I killed 5 people with an alternator. A pillow shooting gun made me kill leader! That's how bad the other teams were. I hate being the lead in the game. I just want to have fun and let others plot everything out.

    @hayhorOn solo-Q for me it’s usually like 2-5 teams with preds/masters. Today it was like 5-10 xD. What do I get... a loba who hides in a corner after I downed 2, I get shot from behind and get downed, loba fires at downed guy’s knockdown shield while enemy is advancing on her and I ping it... instead of bracing for firing, she tries to climb up a building... she gets shot while climbing, fires back but it was already too late... now that I think about it... why didn’t I clip this!!! This was Oscar comedy gold material. She was lvl 198 btw...

    See! Thats how good you are. Killing ppl with alternator requires serious skill!

    @BaldWraithSimp, that I understand. If it’s bad from beginning it’s difficult to climb back up. I had that in one CoD. My rushing had me set at 0.8 for the longest time... managed to get to 1.13 but by that time I was at couple thousand kills so dmg was done already xD. It wasn’t even that I didn’t get kills. It was the opposite. I was usually first in kills... but also first in deaths xD. Getting like 25 kills but 30 deaths XD. Basically the enemy team had half their TDM score killing me alone xD.

    @Koochi-Q You didn't have to say anything more than your teammate was loba to know how that was going to go. That character is now up there with the most dreaded ones for me. I cannot recall the last one I had as a teammate that used her properly.
