Re: Wrongfully banned

Heya @Tjcourage

These types of bans are usually given out to exploiters (which may or may not include boosting, teaming, etc)

As far I'm aware these are typically manual bans, though I don't really know how these exactly get processed so I can't say too much about them.

If you want more information to why you got banned or if you want to dispute it then you'll have to reach out to the TOS team.

Steps on how to contact them can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-gb/help/account/information-about-locked-or-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

The funny thing is I have never got banned before this is a first so the reason why I say that I was wrongfully is because I did nothing to disobey their policy which shocked me I know there was a lot of cheating zens, and boosting going on but I was never apart of that so I need to know why I got banned for 27000 minutes

I’m sorry but explain to me what I need to reflect on and learn? Cause from the looks of it Respawn does not know a cheater from a average player because this is ridiculous we can not act Like respawn are 100% accurate when it comes to banning people (me for example) I have literally seen MULTIPLE people 6 man in ranked like wtf is up with that but I get banned? Smh

  • At the end of the day they said it will take 30 days to respawn back a whole 30 days like that’s crazy so I’ll sit here and think about what respawn needs to do to fix there banning system
