Regarding PS4 version shotgun underutilization, AR and SMG hip fire strength.

By the way, I don't see mention of the Prowler, which is still super weak.  People thought the full auto on it was OP, when, practically speaking, it just made the Prowler another option versus the R-99; both were still good in an age without the Volt.

Bring back full auto on the Prowler.  Or make a hop up for it, because 3 shot bursts is not a good option for a close range weapon.

@KelRiever Prowler is 5 shot bursts. Which is why I never use it any longer than I have to. Without and extended mag, you are reloading every 4 trigger pulls.
