What should have been done in the first place as a tester, was that every character in the game should have got the double jump feature since they have boosters for gliding anyway. It would then compensate for Ash being able to dash. It would make so much more sense since they have boosters equipped anyway
Or, and just spit-balling here, they could do away altogether with the onslaught of motion mechanics that the game never needed to begin with. I remember when Octane got his double jump and I thought, oh crap, here we go. It's been downhill ever since. All these motion gimmicks do is make it harder for non-cheaters to play the game, while the cheaters obviously have no problem with it at all. It gets them out of trouble for free when being shot at and they don't need to ever worry about it being hard to shoot other players because AIMBOT. Nice one, Respawn. Hand out freebies to cheaters while actively screwing over real players.
I vote for this one, hands down. It should have never been in the first place.
