Region lock

I just played a match where I was called the N-word for 5 minutes straight by a chinese player who aim botted. He and his friend both finished the game with over 18 kills, we won, they both had new accounts. During the match I was killed by level 1 players and a bunch of under level 20 players beaming across the map. Can you Please region lock so that NA players don't have to deal with this BS any more? The ping is insane and we're getting players from the region with the highest amount of cheaters. Can't even report the players because they don't use english characters. This needs to end
