Remove Other Players from Bot Royale

I'm glad it isn't just me.  I believe I'm still getting human players as enemies in my bot royale lobbies because I've gotten a few matches that have been harder than pubs or wildcard, and there is no way these are bots.  They chase you and use movement tech, and some even six stack you.  I suppose it is good preparation for dealing with cheaters in pubs and ranked, but if these are bots they need an easy, medium, hard mode bad.  I was with an Octane that had been playing Apex for years and a Wraith and the Wraith quit the match early while the Octane and I didn't stand a chance.  Just wow.

I hope they make some kind of difficulty change if it's bots and if it's real players have a mode with bots only.  I still believe some of the enemies were real players, maybe unintentionally on EA's part.

Really? Its design intention while called Bot Royale was to add real players (squad mates and opponents)??? 

I believe its design intention was exactly what it was when they launched it originally, before they destroyed the design intention. Then you guys see all the negative feedback and hate... then they keep real players in it still, while telling us they fixed it back to its design intention - learning, warmup, practice.

Are you getting them in every match? Some matches? Few matches?

I can agree wholeheartedly that they shouldn't be in any matches whatsoever. I also have to say that I'm seeing them very rarely. Really, none at all in the last few weeks.

I can report that Respawn HAS done one of two things to the mode: a) they've raised the difficulty bar or b) the mode always had sliding difficulty and mine has now slid beyond the point where I have anything resembling fun. I now have to play bots in exactly the same way I play pubs - very circumspectly. I'm not sure what the dev's design directive was (or should be). Should bots play like the main game so that people can experience something close to what they'll find with live players, or should the mode play easy so people can just shoot targets with very little danger to themselves and maybe have a good time? I don't know which it should be, or which they're going after. I only know that it used to be the later and now, as of the last few days, it's very much the former. And no, these are not live enemies, they're just bots with a nemesis and 95% accuracy. You spend your entire match behind cover waiting for them to kill each other and hoping you can get the last three before they get you. Or worse, the circle gets the last three and you never even fire a shot the entire match. Not fun.

Yeah no. It's still the same sweatfest as usual. 

You guys didn't change it. It's still humans in your lobbies. That's just awful. You guys don't listen whatsoever. I'm done with this and every other ea game. Absolutely ridiculous. 

I called myself a native Mixed-Tape player and my current level is almost 500 with 99.99% of my exp from Mixed-Tape mode. And the reason I stay in Mixed-Tape is because following reasons.

- I have a trauma about playing BR with real-people teammate since when I'm a newbie for this game (around 3 years ago). Until I cannot playing BR anymore if without my IRL friend playing with me. (They already old in Apex and not play it regularly anymore. So only a few game I have played with them. Which is not enough it make me confident to go alone yet.)

- There have no any mode that I can practice BR mode without annoying anybody and get yelled. So I stayed in Mixed-Tape because mostly nobody communicate by default in this mode. So I just "Mute" audio communication and can play comfortably (except that there have so many cheater). I hope that when I'm good enough in these mode then I could try BR without annoying anybody anymore. But that is not true.

- When I try "Bot Royale" (at that time it is still a pure bots. No any human). I can feel myself that I still have many problem in real BR that require many skills that cannot practice in another mode (looting, inventory management, game-senses, etc.). But I don't have that much time to practice everyday after I finish doing Daily-Mission in Mixed-Tape. And at some point I stop practice BR and only play Mixed-Tape just to finish Daily-Mission.

- Now I feel I want to try BR again. Yesterday I try to practice in "Bot Royale Evolve" (without knowing that my teammate is real-human). I suspect that these bot are quite far better than before because they not just following me brainlessly, they all just went on different direction without trying to move together. But I still thinking, maybe this is "by design" of these new advance bot. Until in late game, my teammate ambushing enemy alone then got down. (1 of teammate already death and quit the game long before that). Then I running to him for revive but it take time since it is far and I have to dealing with enemy in between. Suddenly my downed teammate yelling something (it's not English or my native language so I don't understand him). I'm a bit shock but still thinking these new bot is really make it like the real human. In the end I successfully revive him then win the game...
After that I try to search in this forum about the "Bot Royale Evolved" mode. Then I just found that those toxic teammate are REAL-HUMAN :O

Now I'm not sure I could push myself to practice BR again. Since the Respawn already eliminate a safe-space for new player to practice real BR skill.

This is evil. Whoever come up with these idea is evil and nonsense.
Respawn, are you stupid?
Why you are trying to kill your own game and set a barrier even stronger to prevent a new player comfortably joining into this game?

I'm amazed they actually listened to this in less than a month. 

Must have had metrics this was increasing the Type 3 to 5 churn.

- We have reduced Bot Royale Evolved lobbies to contain only one player squad with broad teammate matchmaking bands.
Bot Royale and Wildcard Updates

I am not sure  but it seems that people are farming badges (if applicable) and XP? in there.

I e.g. tried to use controller for the first time, I am so bad with it that I have to play vs bots as I even lose vs them sometimes while being D4+ on mnk. Yesterday spent like 2h in bot matches and saw following:

1. there are many regular players (got matched with and vs one like 3 games in a row) that play bot match like almost ranked, dude even raged about us losing to other human team and was shouting during the other game on 18 kills to have a 20 bomb and that we MUST leave him kills
2. facing people teams that in most cases are actually adequate enough to play pubs defeats the purpose - for me learning controller input, for newer players learning map locations, terrain etc.

Indeed I would say Bot Royal should be like all bots except yourself, if bots can't be programmed to follow you -> even opt for being single person on a team vs 57 bots vs current situation that at times does not feel like bot lobby.
