I agree with you getting rid of playing with friends would be weird and bad.  

Your idea about solo Q'ing for random teams vs only other random teams is a great suggestion. People that work with the Devs and have more info/skills and data on this should maybe take a look into this as a possible solution.

"Just cuz you are not premade doesn't make a ME player, i can still play for the team while im queuing with randoms" Good to hear, I try to do the same when playing with Randoms.
