@Rahz_VII @mastlffslinger gave you the solution, on PS4 recording is much easier than PC, just tap the share button once, wait for like 5-10 seconds, then tap the square button you have the video in the gallery, in the setting you can fix the resolution and the length of each video. you can get bit creative and use the share factory, it's pretty handy.
