Request for Advanced Custom Match / Pro Access for Community Tournaments

Hello everyone,

My name is liuwei, and I am one of the organizers of ApexCamp, a non-commercial Apex Legends community platform in China / APAC.

We are planning to host small-scale community scrims and casual tournaments for Apex Legends players. Our expected event scale is around 60 players / 20 teams per event, with no entry fee and no cash prize.

We understand that standard Private Match codes can now be generated directly in the Apex Legends game client by all players.

However, we would like to ask about advanced Custom Match / Pro access for community tournaments. For some events, we may need higher-level organizer controls, such as legend restrictions, special match rules, adjusted tournament settings, or better event administration tools.

We are not asking EA or Respawn to organize the event for us. ApexCamp will manage the community events ourselves. We are only trying to understand whether there is any official process, form, contact, or channel for community organizers to request this type of advanced Custom Match / Pro access.

ApexCamp is not affiliated with or sponsored by EA or Respawn, and we will clearly include the required disclaimer in all event materials. We are willing to follow EA’s community tournament guidelines, branding rules, and event restrictions.

EA Support suggested that we post our request here on EA Forums, so we would appreciate any guidance from EA staff, community managers, or anyone familiar with the correct process.
