I wonder how many masters will be at the end of the season(i bet percent of master will grow significantly comparing to previos seasons).. Its like every 3d kid ordered boost to masters.I even have one in my friend list who bought boost to masters(he has never ever been further than plat 4 in all previous seasons) and now he ruins every game for his random teammates in master lobby Previous split i ended up almost d2(i needed 1 ***ing point) and that was not that hard at all comparing to the season 7,6,5. But now it's so damn hard to get out from d4.. And i see alot of players with 2k dmg badges on them doing 3k+ dmg 10+ kills in d4+ rank.I also noticed my winrate fell(in ranked games only) from 10% to 6% comparing to previous season(but it has been growing ~+1% since season 5 when i started train kovaak) and k/a from 1.7 to 1.2(only for ranked).. It says that the overall level of players has grown up in very very short preiod of time.This trail reward made apex unplayeble for now .. courious does someone else notice that?

@rockyboy1998 My normal teammate when I play hasnt played ranked much since making diamond in like season 5. Because the trails came back for diamond he decided he wanted to do it again. He did it in like 7 to 10 days solo queuing the first split and said it was much easier than it was before. Now tho he is struggling with it on Olympus.

@djentyman As season goes, more and more players gain more skill and experience so it's natural it's getting more and more harder as season goes by especially on the higher end of the rank (Platinum and Diamond).It just like school, as time goes by, our kid school material is getting more difficult than the one we had years back. You won't realize on elementary/middle school but you could feel it on High school and college level, you can't help you kid anymore unless youself put extra effort on it !

@asukojodo you know what "Standard deviation/normal distribution" is? Scientists use it to look if election has been faked. This is like basics of statistical analysis. Basically it allows you to see the deviation from "normal average". So if graphic of rank distribution among all divisions deviates too much from the "standard pattern" it literally says that some kind of falsification has been revealed. So we will see this stats by the end of the season and if its deviates significantly from its average, we can assume that too much accounts has been boosted by acc boosters.Personal skill of specific person can not grow significantly in terms of 1 season. It differ from person to person, but there is average value for every person. Valuable progress needs hundred of hours of playing and reviewing own games/mistakes(and lots of time in kovaak/aim lab etc). If only you spend 10+ hours a day with the aim of improving(not like friends of mine just for fun), then you can grow higher then average value, but its still not that significant in terms of 1 season. If improving process had been so fast and easy, overall amount of tier 1 players will be much higher.

@hayhor I would agree that olympus is a much harder map to play ranked on. Its a more open map and everyone seems to be carrying a sniper 😃 the final circles also seem to end up in more open areas too. Can get real real sweaty for a creeper who has avoided the suicidal point droppers, but I love it. 😃

@hayhor that's suspicious. think it this way. diamond players who were able to take d3 in previous season possibly could have taken masters. But for those who stucked on plat and even on d4 they are still unable because these ranked changes only give u an opportunity to have slightly higher final score and rank up a little bit faster. So where did these 15k new masters come from? Platinum lobby still the same, d4 lobby still the same. Only d3+ lobby has changed. It is now not against masters/preds like previous seasons.

@hayhor Last season on Olympus ranked my win rate was like 5%. On KC last split it dropped down to like 3% and also had lower average dmg. I did make it to diamond in both scenarios tho.

@djentyman What is suspicious? My friend's experience? I've known this person a long time and he would never cheat to make it. I play with him every day. He is easily good enough to make diamond and carries me plenty.

Do other players get boosted? Absolutely they do. And people make money from it. I'm not arguing that. But they did make a change to the KP to make it easier. This doesnt just affect max. It means that you can avoid losing it earlier too.

@djentymanI don't understand where you're coming from. As others have said, with more available RP to climb and changing ranked so d3 aren't automatically in master/pred lobbies is going to have a huge effect when combined.

Take boosting out for a sec, (i know it's a problem) I said in a previous thread it's much easier this season as i got half way to masters solo after a 2 month break and i'm playing like a complete potato in comparison to before and probably would have made it if i didn't throw it all away the next day in a drinking session so there's bound to be a large increase.

It's intentional to increase the amount of players in top matches because of que times but saturates masters with would/should be diamonds, imo, ruining ranked in the process.
