@Cheese9ManI feel like these changes are the 'Dear god we're desperate to change the meta!' changes.
Like when ANet really tried to change the WvW meta away from the 'Pirate Ship' meta in Guild Wars 2, and only succeeded in swapping it to the boonball/floor is lava meta. Which just plays the same as pirate ship with more DPS and sustain.Though I still find all of the changes weird, I love the DZK type of massive changes but some of the changes feel forced. Overall I like the change to mix things up since it's getting boring and it seems that they won't have much content after the initial drop again. Hyped to finally buy that Halloween Caustic skin this season but if the deathmatch mode won't arrive, the middle of the season will be empty. Did they say what map will be vaulted?

The pros got their way again with the backpack and knockdown shield changes. Instead of fixing the self revive for let's say it would only work until the third circle, they removed the problem altogether. The backpack change is an indirect nerf to LL, Gibby and Mirage. The self revive is somewhat a nerf to mirage since we usually give it to him since he has the invisbility passive or to the same person who has the gold bag. No one really asked for the gold backpack to be changed though.
Here’s an update on cross progression because we all know a lot of people will ask about it when the official patch notes drops. A new festure will also be added, gifting. My friend said that this is a thing in fortnite?
