S16 Split 1 I was Diamond 4, but when I look back it shows Plat 2.

So this is really two questions. One, does it show the rank I decayed to only? Obviously we are all in split 2, the weird part to me is that I went up to D4 and now when I look at my profile it shows Plat 2 (I did downrank before the end of split yes, but that IS NOT my highest rank on split 1). 2nd question, if it only shows Plat 2 for Split 1, will I still get diamond 4 rewards on Season 17?
