When Revenant gets his Silence back
When Revenant gets his Silence back... oh Mirage is going to Get it... and Caustic too. Wraith! matter of fact... Everybody Gets Silenced!
i played Ash and noticed how similar her Snare is to Revenant's Silence. i also noticed that when you double jump, she dashes... Bangalore also "double-times" upon impact... maybe making Revenant somehow "lighter" could help? i heard an "enemy" Revenant around me once, and WOW our footsteps are heavy! i honestly assumed it was Gibraltar. i know he's not a speed demon like Octane, but Season 4 trailer gave us a stealthy, nimble, "i would have gotten a squad kill if Loba didn't escape" Legend. Lifeline has gotten a numerous amount of reworks, but it just made her More Lifeline... not every player gets Revenant and that's what made him special, and why i still choose to play him regardless.
My Reasoning:
- the silence was perfect. everyone has their skills that's unique to them. Silence was Revenant's. i had a Silence in one hand and a Frag in the other. A great combo before a Totem push. Now Horizon and Ash are copying the swag. (i still have my Silence tracker equipped and look forward to seeing it tally up again)
- totem helped you AND your squad. another Revenant unique skill that helped gauge what you're up against and whether or not to commit to that fight. A knock isn't always guaranteed with each push, and ultimately i rarely use this ultimate, even if i'm getting good points.
- Revenant, from my perspective, is a strategic legend. He Literally climbed up a building, crashed through the window, before his attack. that, to me, was a well thought out plan.
- when someone has the drop on me, i need to get out asap. trying to hold R2 (Playstation Player) to load my jump leaves me susceptible to attacks and tends to result in me getting downed Quick.
- i just miss it, okay?
Thanks for reading. cheers lol :)
