I implore you, can you please take a serious look into my case? Please refrain from using automated responses from the system! I believe the TOS team has not thoroughly reviewed my case again. I have provided ample evidence, including my EA DATA. It seems like the system has simply filtered me out without forwarding my case to the TOS team!
I understand that my case has been reviewed three times already, but I am appealing again because I have genuine concerns. I am innocent, and that's why I am appealing again. It's because a hacker hijacked my Apex account and used cheats that led to my account being banned. I hope to clear my name and not be misled by default messages. I wish for someone from the TOS team who understands to help me and convey my message to them, rather than letting their system make the judgment. Otherwise, I will never be able to prove my innocence!
My account has been blocked for three months now, and I am truly devastated. I am so devastated that I have contemplated suicide. I have invested a lot of time and money into playing Apex...
Furthermore, I have provided screenshots of abnormal IPs, and the hacker even used his own XBOX and Twitch accounts to link. I don't even own an XBOX!
I hope the customer service team can understand my situation.
