Scan Alerts for every Legend except Valk?????????

@Kyldenar Bloodhound tracking and Crpyto Ping is diffferent from Valk passive.
Valk passive shows where exactly you are meanwhile BH and Crypto only notifies them that you're in that area so you can still get jumped by the people you're tracking/pinging.
Pinging also doesn't show where the enemies are exactly so it doesn't have the same "logic" as a Valk Ult
Abilities need to be balanced out so that the game will be more bearable and fun experience specially if it's a game winning ability.

@Daze623 Valk is one of the most broken characters right now. Respawn really made a mistake with her. Those defending her, main her.

Of all the ways you could "nerf" this would be one of tamest, and still not even technically a nerf at all.

There will be a revamp of the legend classes in a near future season by adding additional classes. This might be the perfect opportunity for respawn to remove her from that recon class. And yes I agree that the scan should be removed or at least enemies are notified when scanned.
