Season 16 matchmaking
Okeee, so the first few days of season 16 the experience is horrible for me. - I'm gold 3 at maximum, in season 15 I got that rank with alot of trouble, why am I now playing against diamond/masters ...

None in that picture is masters or pred, they are gold and plat. Sure they have been masters and pred, but with a rank reset system that is irrelevant.
@TheDarkWaver They literally have badges of master and pred. The "derank" is a lie, You wanna tell me that these people suddenly start playing below their ranks just because EA/spawn decides to derank players?
Respawn has always been good at kicking the can down the road (when it comes to fixing things in the game) but the problem is they've never been good (or honest enough) as to how far they'll kick the can exactly.Against my better judgement I've been playing a fair few games of BR Trios on pubsin S16 on both the XBOX Series X ( Level 360) & the PS5 (Level 500+) & as a solo queuer despite about being 150 levels apart between the consoles the MM has been absolutely atrocious on both.Not only that but the loot layout across all 3 maps just feels worse than ever where I can often scour entire buildings & not find a single weapon but plenty of sniper stocks & white shields though.I've still been encountering match-fill problems in a fair amount of matches & in all honesty if Respawn can't seem to fix match-fill (or can't be bothered to fix it) then how the hell are they going to realistically fix MM exactly?.Even several Youtubers have mentioned what I suspected about the audio this season sounds worse than it has previously.
A few Apex Youtubers mentioned a few days ago that because of the budget constraints inflicted on Apex (despite being one of EA's most profitable games) what with targets being missed last season thus leading to the Mobile version & the Single Player being canned that other promises & plans in the pipeline such as a proper next gen upgrade with 120Hz,Unreal 5 engine upgrade,cross play etc have been kicked even further down the road possibly until the next few seasons because of these budget constraints.

You are unable to understand what is being said clearly. Read what is stated. This game operates on a rank based system. It also has a downrank every season. These players "HAVE" been masters and pred, they are "ARE" prob gonna run over the whole lobby, but they "ARE" currently being matched in lobbies appropriate to their "CURRENT" rank.
Rookie aside. But if a former pred now plat player is whooping your * in plat lobbies, that is a problem with the "deranking" system that EA for some god awfull reason thinks is a good idea to have in the game still. Ergo they arent getting matched with players out of their rank, but they are gonna have to stomp worse players to get back to their original rank every season.
