Season 18 Ranked is broken for me.

This ranked season is awful.  3 kills, 650 dmg, 9th place.   12 Ladder points.  It's been like this all season for me.  I'm not a great player, I average Gold II or III every season, until this one.  Please do something different, because whatever ya'll did did not fix anything for the me.  It made it worse.  

I don't frequent the forums, so if there is a thread discussing this, I apologize, I did not see it.
