I'm not excited with this weapon because we already have Havoc with single fire hop up.
With 3x scope and charging ability, we get 60 damage, so we already have charged sniper riffle in some sense.
Maybe this one start at 60 then max to 120 ?
Hopefully the Charge Rifle is a care package weapon and we get the volt smg in the second half of the season.
