Can some explain the change to the charge rifle to me? It doesn't make any sense. I think its to cause more ammo consumption but I don't know why. I play ranked and quick play apex and never run into a problem of too many people using the charge rifle. I'll run into two or three people using it. Also, I don't understand why bloodhound needed to buff more when no one is complaining about him and are actually saying he's good after the last buff. The last thing, we get it, you guys hate pathfinder.
I dunno why everyone seems to think Charge Rifle is op either. It does the same damage as basically all the other snipers except it literally shows half the map exactly where you're shooting from.
Also lol at everyone crying about the r99 because, of course, a weapon is perfectly balanced when 99% of good+ players use it 100% of the time (and probably 99% of not good players too).
I don't understand how "everyone having red armor" can upset people either considering red armor is now going to be equal to what purple armor was in season 5 and how many people did you see outside of an immediate hot drop who didn't have purple armor? Certainly nobody in top 5s, probably not even top 10s (excluding people who hide/sneak their way through the early game).
@apostolateofDOOMThey added a fix from the flash doing a double level up. It was never originally suppose to have that big of flash doubling up.
As for devotion and turbo charger this is what players will learn real fast when they want guns nerfed. (Not you just speaking in general). They wanted that 99 removed. Well guess what welcome to world of the Devotion. Which imo needs a recoil pattern verticle increase it is crazy strong gun at many distances. I have no problem with devotion but im be sitting here while these R99 haters are asking for nerfs and be added back to care packages.
I am gonna roll a big one to that. I dont like fact 99 was placed in care package. Let people run what they like to run. On the original 99 care package post it was nothing but people hating the R99 well they got no idea whats coming now. lmfao
Also i thought there was suppose be some kind change to wingman which i dont see. I could be wrong but i thought i read or seen video some where that it was being changed

@ThisCuckSucks Charge rifle has the same amount of total shots before you reload, but increased overall ammo consumption. It's the easiest to use sniper rifle, and can put incredible pressure on targets well outside the range of every other floor loot sniper rifle, with the highest per shot damage of 90 for bodyshots.
So now the tradeoff for having that power, is that you'd use more ammo than normal to prevent players from being able to pressure constantly, and allow enemy players to have options when it comes to tackling an enemy player with a Charge Rifle. That's why they made snipers have their own specialized ammo. Before sniper ammo change, all sniper rifles essentially had infinite pressure due to the availability and amount of energy, heavy, and light ammo lying around. Sniper ammo change prevents snipers from controlling zones / creating pressure for forever, and Charge Rifle ammo changes just accent that.
