Thank you Respawn for the Shield fix :D
I honestly thought about uninstalling the game today too. The ttk change was imo completely unnecessary. If they were going to do it they should not have forced the new energy/lmg meta. I think one of two things should happen at the very least.
1. revert the changes of having shields be 25 less total health or 2. Keep the changes and revert the change on how many heals you can carry in one inventory slot in your backpack.
The gun damage was balanced out for 200 health opponents and 25 difference is a lot in a game like apex.
As of rn for how fast you can get absolutely shredded, heals don’t seem to be lasting long. This becomes a huge problem in higher level ranked lobbies when you get third partied and are unable to loot a death box to refill on those things. Having overall health decreased should at least have a trade off of letting us carry more heals.
On top of all this the new locations added to worlds edge are complete trash. For the size of POI to be that large I feel as if the only loot available is what is in a supply bin when there are plenty of areas to add more loot spawns.
the devo should have never been taken out of the care package and put back to ground loot along with a reworked Havoc that has had 0 nerf to its damage and now has a larger mag size with a purple extended mag and turbocharger.
This season has really been a huge disappointment overall and if no changes are made and this is the direction Respawn decides to go with Apex, then I give it a couple weeks before I quit for good.

@LG_SwIsHnFlIcKr he isn't crying man, he is just sad, The ttk is real bad, what makes it worst is the Gun balance.
Someone pointing out the problems that a majority of people are having doesn't make them bad. I’m going to assume your on of those people that fan boys for a game because you like the game. You will only make the game die faster by jerking your self and the game off so they don’t know what to fix 🙂.
It's just day one. Whether you like the TTK change or not, it's most likely the first pass at this. They will let it play out and see what happens, then if it causes too many problems, they will keep adjusting.
I personally feel like it's fine. As others have said, the long TTK caused it's own set of issues...most notably the third party nature of the game. I rarely play ranked, but when I do, it seems like most teams are just sitting back waiting to third party someone. Why? Because they want to catch you with shields already beat up. So what's the difference? If teams are going to sit back and wait for a third party opportunity, then why not just lower the shield health from the start? Seems like it would promote more natural play than people scared to engage a team with full shields or be the next to get third partied.
@ArchAngeL-PCX"It's just day one." That's the problem. It's day two and the hype is totally gone, with no desire to play Apex anymore. That' a very big deal.
When people die fast, they just quit the match. Now they just leave even faster. And you can't expect to play 2v3 or 1v3 anymore. So the whole team is f*cked.
And the map changes aren't even good. No train, no Mirage's ship. But some useless and cold white buildings. No charge tower, nothing really fun. King's Canyon is 10 times better than this, but unavailable.
The first version of World's Edge was better than the second. The 3rd is now just very bad.
About crafting... If I want to craft, I'll go back to play Path of Exile, not Apex.
Oh and I forgot, +1 minute nerf delay on Wraith's TP, really??!
I'm not sure if TTK is aimed towards helping new players or trying to make it feel more even but I'm a below average player at this game and I'm struggling more since season 6 started. For me most games in season 6 last around a minute or less because my squad and I get killed very quickly. If we land away from everyone else then its a case of spending 10 minutes looting and then get killed by the first squad we meet. Out of the 65 games I've played so far this season I would say only 10 games I've got more than 1 kill and my kd for season 6 is currently 0.8. I have managed to get 3 wins though. I'm still enjoying it but i feel TTK changes have made the game a LOT harder for me. I would have thought lowering ttk would make it easier for better players??
