Seer is undoubtedly a real handful to deal with, but I think once the hype dies down and less people are using him it should be a lot less oppressive.
That being said I do think his tactical needs some tweaking...it has wayyyy too many effects packed into one ability.
@MandatoryIDtag yea i agree mostly i think i takes so much away visually, if they could tone him down would great. when there is 2 or more seers things get crazy real fast

Makes my screen look like something from an MK ultra experiment.
