Seer needs a buff

@maximas1986 Hardest character to play after they wrecked her imo. If people have good stats on LL I know they're good players. Seems opponents figured out to focus the LL on the team and make sure she goes down 1st, at least in my lobbies, so I have a hard time with her. Haven't played her since the low profile days were a thing...loved playing her tho before all that. Lots of respect for LL players.

@jaygates879 Yeah, kinda goes without sayin, it's literally her purpose to revive. To be a killer too says a lot. But anyone who has even a decent amount of wins/kills/damage with her means they would fair far better than their broken meta character counterparts if they played those other characters and had all the advantages too. Some people are only good with the easy win characters and that's why I respect LL players that do well, 'cause it's hard and shows a lot more raw ability. I also don't play meta characters, it's lame, their all broken vs the rest.
