For those saying he’s the same, and didn’t get nerfed enough, you probably didn’t play him all that much.

I’m at 300+ kills with him, and he’s been hit very hard, his ult is every other fight now, as opposed to every fight prior to the nerf, his heartseeker is nothing like it was, and his tact actually needs some skill as to aiming correctly now.

@Gabrielmojo26 As a caustic main I find comments like the above jaw dropping. My ultimate takes much more time to be ready and is not nearly as all encompassing as Seer's. Just... why?
