I agree, I don't mind the flash or interrupt, it's very short.. but some things could be nerfed since he has so much.
honestly, if you want to compare- look at Rev, Horizon, and Valk. Cheaters use these 3 just for the perks they're abusing, and run down other teams with no care, cause they have no confidence in their own ability. It's past the point of pathetic.

@7cyanide the lack of heartbeat I guess. Same logic as when everybody used to complain about caustic gas effecting pathy. 😛
