@GodlyVlad why wouldn't he be able to scan path or rev?
I agree, I don't mind the flash or interrupt, it's very short.. but some things could be nerfed since he has so much.

honestly, if you want to compare- look at Rev, Horizon, and Valk. Cheaters use these 3 just for the perks they're abusing, and run down other teams with no care, cause they have no confidence in their own ability. It's past the point of pathetic.

Yea, path and rev does not have heart, then how he feels the pulse? I've point logic, no to mention wall-throught. It's fun to play, but u cannot hide and heal at all.

They should just get rid of the character, very badly thought out. They won't though, and ultimately it will cause them many headaches trying to fix the problems they have given themselves.
Who thought this was a good idea? Might as well have given him poison gas or smoke as well because they have thrown pretty much everything at him. It seems such an odd choice compared to some of the newer legends they brought in. Valkyrie and Horizon seemed strong at first, but this is a whole new level. I just fail to see what direction they are going. Nobody can hide anymore?
Have we had a tournament with Seer yet that really exposes how stupid this is or will they have toned him down before that happens? Seer is just way ahead of comparable legends like Crypto and Bloodhound and he is out there now and it will be hard for them to backtrack. Poor decision.
