Seer's tactical doesn't stop Lifeline's revive... is it a bug?
Is it a bug? I prefer it stop a revive, instead of stopping a shield cell...

@jaygates879 that would not be fair, as one part of the power of Seer's Tac is based off the fact it can be dodged. Which you precisely can't do when reviving, unless you stop reviving, so you're catch 22 there...
@IMightKickAss It was implied alot that the tactical could stop revives through sites like this ,
So I don't see the problem here "especially since Lifeline can technically dodge it by walking away from reviving teammate and drone."
