Selling Art Rights

@imperialloba  It kinda depends where you are in the world and said countries copyright laws for example.

For instance in the UK, I believe fan made content can be sold, however you have to ensure it isn't branded as official merchandise etc .

As stated above the safest way to get the information would be to follow the advice above. Using anybodies advice that isn't an official spokesperson would likely just leave you liable to copyright infringement which obviously is what you're trying to avoid here.
