I'm with OP on this. It's true that the projectile size for sentinel is slim compared to other snipers Kraber included. And 70 damage doesn't justify the fire rate and screen shake while scoped in to * back the bolt manually.
Triple Take is far superior as a sniper if you're planing to actually kill enemies instead of poke shields. And spending a battery on disruptor is absolutely not worth it when you're sniping.
Let's imagine you're hitting your shots. And your teammates push and kill that team. All you did was lose your batteries to make them spend theirs. It doesn't help your team to make/let enemies spend their batteries.

Triple take can headshot potentially 138 damage, with 78 to the body.
It can basically be used as a shotgun at close range.
It has superior bullet drop range.
It has a good fire rate for a sniper( charge shots ommited)
