Hey I am in the exact same boat as you, I’ve been playing apex since almost release and have almost a thousand hours in the game and hundreds of dollars spent, I’ve had a couple random bans with no reason given and then being unbanned. But recently I randomly got banned for “gameplay enhancement” as well, I tried to appeal it but got an email saying it was the correct decision or something. I have no clue what this is about as if I wanted to cheat or do anything for that matter why would i do it on my account I’ve been playing apex for years on and not a alt, I am still trying to appeal this whole situation is absurd. I hope you get yours figured out as well, if you figure it out I would love to know how.
I’ll keep you clued in but there’s not much I can do except go on forums and speak about my situation to others but I hope mine and your issues get resolved and our problems seem very alike
