- @EA_David Just general feedback on all your events. I have enjoyed them all for the most part. I really enjoy that each event requires unique strategies for that event.
For example Solo, Armed and Dangerous and this event have all required different strategies and really required a new approach to game play. This event especially changes how one plays the game if they want to get on the evac ship.
I hope your future events continue to force us to find new strategies and ways to play. I like the challenge of finding new ways to be successful. I agree with this comment.
This is one of the best events added to any game. Everything from the creepy atmosphere to the strategy involved is great. And the ability to to get the new skins with crafting materials is a great touch although I believe the overall pricing structure could be better.
The only thing I would like is for friends to be able to play in the same game. I understand why you don't have it that way because many groups would no doubt abuse it, but the only thing more fun than stalking someone who killed you earlier in the game is stalking someone you know who killed you earlier in the game.
But overall, I love it. All of your events are creative and generally well balanced.I love the mode but I feel like shadows should have more audio when behind you. I have had many experiences where the gun I am firing, even if it is in single shot mode, completely obscures the noise of a shadow landing directly behind me. Additionally, muzzle flash on console in the shadowfall mode sometimes makes the enemy I am fighting almost impossible to see. I love the spooky themed skins and am currently grinding for all the shadowfall challenges. I hope the game devs are encouraged by their ability to role out great quality events every other month! I love the new mode and I think with a little bit of polish it would be beyond amazing.

- @EA_David I have some other suggestions that should have been done. 1. when the timer hits 0 for drop ship arrival it SHOULD BE there, not a few seconds after. Really dumb for the arrival timer to hit 0 and show up 2-3 seconds later. That's insanely misleading.
The other big one, I wish we could still ping locations on the map. Those pings come in handy when trying to navigate to certain locations. They also come in handy when trying to decide when to drop from the drop ship. - @DarthValtrex I agree, I made that statement regarding dropship coming later on several threads as well. And it’s 5 secs, I counted one time :P but those 5 secs are life and death!
- @EA_David I like the Idea of it and if i get the right lobby i found it was very good and fun. However, alot of the lobbies had people teaming at the start making it hard given i have to fight off a squad of 3-5 people then die and fight them as a shadow with even less health and no weapon. so not that fun most of the time.
- @Monk3yThund3r I achieved all 26 wins without teaming up with people. It's really not necessary. I was even making it onto the drop ship with no armor and nothing but grenades in my inventory.
Now I will admit, it's getting much more difficult to find good camping locations.
Queuing in together is slightly more difficult. But it can definitely still be done. How ever it's not really necessary. The key to this is camping and hiding. You really need to run the map in unusual areas, hug the outside of the circle and run at the drop ship from the side that's going to have the least action. - @DarthValtrex True, or you just say ‘procreate it’ and start shooting every motherprocreater you see and scare them away into a shadow or kill them and them ressurect-kill them till they leave the lobby or leave you alone xD.
Sometimes that works :P - @Koochi-Q Except I won't leave you alone haha, I'll camp outside of where ever you're camping and get you. 😉 an opportunity for revenge is never passed up.
It's really entertaining when you're in a shoot out and get rushed by shadows.. You then unite in killing shadows until you both die or survive.
That or when you're at 11 players and in a shoot out with someone.. Then the 11th player dies and the guy who shot at you is suddenly your BFF. You're sitting there going uhhh.. I was planning to kill you...
Oh and I accidentally gassed a friendly wattson in bunker. wooops @DarthValtrexWell sir, then you should be prepared to die alot cause between my fingers on my broken controller, my biologically enhanced reflex by countless hours of playing (horror) games, the decent headset that I own since Apex’ audio sucks so hard that I can’t even put in my actual ear/headphones for auditive superiority, my tv being one of the best for gaming and apex being weird (usually for the worse but oh well), I won’t go down easy!
In one game I killed a guy so badly that he kept coming back and back and tried the tactic ‘lemme land a decent distance away so he doesn’t hear me and I’ll sneak up on him’ after the 3rd death. I acted like I was oblivious. The sucker even used brush as cover, when he got ‘close’ (20m) I snapped right to him and killed him xD. Aftet that he was joined by more and more friends. Needless to say... I WAS NOT KILLED but it was hairy and😈 so fun killing them and making it on the ship :P I believe that I killed that guy between 5-7 times, out of the 10-13 kills I had xD
Lolz I had that only once if you can believe it. Afterwards we were both dipping :P was so fun to see
