Because they are in part who showcase the game and publicize it, should Streamers caught being toxic and cussing at enemies be banned from the game?
Or do we really have two separate sets of rules, one for the average player, and another one for the "elite"?

The person who has been yelled at may be watching the stream afterwords and discover what happened.
Also, it is clearly witnessed by hundred if not thousands of bystanders. I believe there is no excuse to avoid issuing reprimands for streamers being toxic and calling opponents a derogatory selection among a variety of names.
@VdstrkThey aren't doing it in-game, so they can't be banned. Can twitch do it? If they want to, but most people cuss indirectly so it would hurt them more than benefit.
A lot of streamers cuss at streamsnipers and cheaters, you are suggesting that they get banned for that. Shiv recently was matched with Tufi, and did a lot of trash talk and in my understanding justified. These losers deserve it, even if it's in-game. I do it to cheaters too, and no one banned me.
