Simple changes are taking too long

It's taking long because they don't want to patch only a PART of the game every week or two weeks, they rather patch everything that's wrong and release new content all at once. They have a ton of issues they need to work out including people getting free stuff and coins from the shop using codes and the random crashing/server issues, hackers etc. So obviously they are going to take a LONG time (even though it's only been a little over a month)  to make any updates, plus if they rush and break more than they fix then people will just start complaining again about other stuff.

It's a free game, there is no subscription, your free to play something else until it is fixed. I'll never understand the need to be upset or mad at a free game that requires no investment. If it's not suiting your needs you can always come back (freely) to check if it's ever gotten better for you.

Everyones upset right now for this reason and that reason but just remember unless your funding their team personally with a lot more than just buying packs, then you have to accept that it takes time, resources and money for everything they are doing.
