Simple Crypto meta buff idea
Is it just me or does crypto fall on the lower end of the legend scale because controlling his drone leaves him defenseless and causes him to fall behind his team?
I like the concept of crypto so (assuming I'm not alone in thinking this) I think there's an easy buff to make that'll make him usable...
Give crypto a special set of 'pings' on the ping wheel (or even a separate ping wheel) so that he can control the drone outside of flying it.
Of course it's not going to allow him as flexible control as being in the drone, but it'll do a lot to give him an edge and not drop him behind his buddies all the time.
Perhaps he could have a few flight modes if he gets an entire ping wheel for it, e.g.
- One ping could ask the drone to move to that location
- Another one could set a path for the drone to circle
- Another could set a few way points to patrol
Could tie into his lore and be a little meta at the same time - i.e. Crypto has figured out how to hack into the game's ping system from within the game, and use it to control his drone etc.
What are your thoughts? Think Crypto is good as he is? Or do you think this small buff would be too much / not enough?
