Skirmisher bonus skill
Why does skirmisher only have one skill to see care packages. All other classes have 2 bonus upgrades.

@SoCalCookieKing Because skirmishers are typically the most powerful and popular legends on the game, especially for soloers. The bonus skills are just another way to try and balance things.
