So basically Catalyst's ult is a buff for an enemy Seer?

Here’s what probably happened with the Catalyst anti-scan ability (of course just speculating). In a leaked patch notes, it said that Catalyst’s ult would block scans. This is probably the ability description that the external company got when they were making the trailer. These CGI trailers are not made in just a week or two. 

Catalyst also had a quick change of all of her abilities. Just this February, they leaked Catalyst with a completely different set of abilities. The development time with this legend might have been rough with all these short-notice changes.

I don't see how this would be a "buff" for Seer.  Assuming they intended the Exhibit to show enemies through Catalyst's ult (i suspect it's a bug), it's neutral with regard to Seer, neither a buff nor a nerf.  He could see the enemies within it before Catalyst, and he can still see them.

@3NTRP The wall is supposed to be semi permeable, it would be too much too have it function as a Gibby wall.

100% this. Catalyst’s ult is just Bangalore smoke with cooler effects. 

They missed a big chance not only to counter Seer but also Horizon. It would have been great if it was taller than the gravity lift. Sweats are just jumping over the ult.

@Cheese9Man Not really surprised about Horizon, if the wall was actually useful "anti scan, slow effect when walked through" the only option would be go around or above "or Wraith / Ash and ignore with risk."
