So the chances on loot boxes are BS

Just unlocked a loot box in the battle pass, which states a 100% chance of a rare or better item. Got 3 whites. Clearly EA are lying about the stats, which is BS. Can’t wait for lawmakers around the world to crack down on these lying companies. 

UPDATE: I checked my game capture, and realised that I did in fact get a blue, but it was hard to tell due to the color blending in with the background a bit. I take back my complaint, although I still stand by my overall stance on loot boxes, and hope to see more regulation soon.

    @flipkick66 Hey, Packs giving out the wrong contents would definitely be a cause for alarm and something we want brought to our attention, but it doesn't appear to be the case here. I've taken a look at your recent packs, and if you want I can let you know what you got (in DM or otherwise).

    @BaldWraithSimp I think it's been fairly accurate for me as far as Legendaries, Epics, and Rares... but I'm questioning the Heirloom statistics lol.

    lol I won't spend it all at once. $10 every few weeks. I'll get 10 packs here and there.

    Way better than someone going to the bar twice a week... went out with a buddy whos newly single and dropped 40 at the first stop... like yup this is dumb...

    The only thing that is bs about the loot boxes is how many it takes for an heirloom..you know I got a life. I can't be spending hours upon hours on apex every day of my life trying to earn apex packs. Cus I'm not dumb enough to purchase them. For 500 to be opened...c'mon now. N let's not talk about what that would do to someone getting an heirloom they didn't even want..some sad days in the gaming world. Devs be thinking we ain't got lives🤨

    @EA_David I bought around 800 packs or so have got 2 heirlooms great chances of luck mind you. But did not get one i want wraith. Do yall ever do deals on coins? Cause I want my wraith heirloom like bad. If i get paths next i may rage. =D

    @SynthziThe heirlooms are not bound to pack 500. What the meaning of the 500 is it is one in every 500 packs is 100% promised one. It can be pack 1-2 or 499. It is all luck. With all money ive spent around 800 packs worth I have gotten 2 heirlooms. It also seems new accounts have a greater chance at a heirloom by time level 20. I have seen many friends on smurf get them very quickly into playing the account. I am guessing they grant them early levels them to entice them to stay and play. All I know is since last september I have put in 1300 hours and roughly 800 to 1000 bucks and i feel kinda cheated these low level smurfs get them quite quickly while me a well devoted player has to keep spending hundreds just to get the one I want. I will say 1 in every 500 is beyond little too much. Not everyone has 500 to drop I didnt myself but the gamble side of me kept getting more. Until i kept getting other legends heirlooms then i decided to stop buying them as its purely a gamble. Drop 100 and get nearly 3 crafting mats every time. You know by the time i open all those packs i had well over 15k crafting mats. =/ I have almost everything skin wise wep wise and charms. How much more must i spend to get the one I want. =/ Just put the things in the effin store for flat rate and be done with it and make thousands in hours. It also is a low blow to know both thos heirlooms came from only my cash spent. Not a game given crate. =/

    Dunno what they are but i want.
